Question:

Is matcha really good for you?

— Donna Spahits

Answer:

Yes, it's important to get organic matcha. And if you can get organic matcha from parts of the world where the soils are not polluted that would be ideal. Matcha is green tea leaves that are ground up. So you're getting the whole Tea Leaf. And so an organic tea leaf from a unpolluted part of the world would be excellent choice and there are a lot of anti-inflammatory benefits and a lot of the phytochemicals that are in egcg EG East ecgc in the matcha and the green teas have some really excellent health benefits. So yes matcha can be good for you as well. Now remember that green tea has a little bit of caffeine. So if you're caffeine sensitive you want to make sure you're not drinking cat that much in the afternoon. They keep you awake. So thank you Donna. It's a great question.
